Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@saucrs.kitchen with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, you can choose to receive your refund as:

  • A credit back to your original payment method(processed within 5–10 business days), or
  • Store credit, which will be applied to your account immediately

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@saucrs.kitchen within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
