Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard shipping delivers within 5–7 business daysafter your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii (delivery times may vary).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@saucrs.kitchen within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
