Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Saucrs! Chimichurri (divided)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Marinate — Toss shrimp with 2 tbsp Saucrs! Chimichurri, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
