Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh pasta (linguine, tagliatelle, or spaghetti)
- 5 tbsp Saucrs! Basil Pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ball fresh burrata (about 4 oz)
- 2 tbsp pasta water (reserved)
- Flaky sea salt and black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Cook the pasta — Boil pasta in well-salted water according to package directions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
- Toss with pesto — Add drained pasta back to the pot off the heat. Spoon in Saucrs! Basil Pesto and 2 tbsp pasta water. Toss until every strand is coated, adding more pasta water if needed to loosen.
- Plate — Divide pasta between bowls or pile onto a large platter. Scatter cherry tomatoes over the top.
- Add burrata — Tear the burrata and place over the pasta. Season with flaky salt and black pepper.
- Finish — Drizzle with olive oil, scatter fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
